I like to eat healthy food. Below are some of the foods I like to eat.


Salads

Chickpeas Avocado and Chicken Salad

Mashed chickpeas and avocado seasoned with salt and pepper, mixed with chicken, mayonnaise and scallions, on a bed of spinach, topped with blueberries, walnuts and almond flakes, and drizzled with olive oil and vinegar.

Mango Chicken Salad

Mango Chicken Salad

Chicken, avocado and cucumber on a bed of mixed greens, topped with walnuts, cilantro and scallions, drizzled with vinegar and olive oil, surrounded by a ring of mango.

Mix Greens Cucumber Salad

Cucumber and walnuts on a bed of mixed greens, drizzled with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Brown rice cracker on the side.

Chicken Cucumber Salad and Sesame Sticks

Chicken and cucumber on a bed of spinach, topped with walnuts, drizzled with grape seed oil and red wine vinegar, and sesame sticks on the side.

Shrimp on Cucumber Avocado Salad

Mixed cucumber, avocado, walnuts, green onions, and cilantro with apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Boiled shrimp, seasoned with white pepper and sesame oil.

Cucumber Chickpeas Salad with Chicken

Mixed with walnuts, scallions, vinegar and olive oil.

Chicken Avocado Salad

Mixed chicken and avocado with mayonnaise on a bed of mixed greens and spinach, topped with almond flakes and mango, drizzled with vinegar and olive oil.


Entrée

Baked Salmon and Cucumber Salad

Cucumber, avocado and chickpeas, drizzled with vinegar and olive oil, topped with scallions and cilantro

Shredded Chicken with Asparagus

Shredded chicken seasoned with salt and pepper, mixed in hot oil with scallions and toasted sesame seeds, surrounded by sauteed asparagus.


Soups

Miso Veggie Soup

Miso, zucchini, broccoli, cabbage, potato, topped with cilantro and scallions.

Shrimp Udon Noodle Soup

In miso broth, topped with cilantro and green onions.

Watercress Soup with Pea Pods, Tofu, and Poached Egg

In chicken stock, seasoned with salt and white pepper, top with scallions, drizzled with a few drops of sesame oil.

Double Veggies Udon Soup

Udon noodles with baby bok choy and yu choy in miso broth, topped with scallions, white pepper, and a few drops of sesame oil.
